I hope everyone had a great holiday vacation.   I know I did (I ate A LOT), I am all rested up and ready for another great year of training.  First step: get back into a routine.  Don’t ease back in or push back the inevitable of the first class, Get back into training, you might feel like crap at first but it wont take you long to feel good and refresh.
